the room was simply too hot at night with no air conditioning, how are guests supposed to sleep? breakfast was a joke, one measly bread per person! i could go on, but let’s just say that after expecting a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, I just couldn’t leave a good review. never returning, thanks.
